Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order with Redbull Clothing, you agree to the policy stated below.
1. Return Eligibility
A product will only be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective or damaged
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The delivered size does not match the confirmed order
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, labels, and invoices must remain intact
- An unboxing video recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits must be provided for damaged or incorrect item claims
Redbull Clothing reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, washed, altered, or worn items
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns (unless defective)
- Socks, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products unless proven defective
3. Return Procedure
To request a return, customers must contact Redbull Clothing customer support through our official communication channels and provide:
- Order number
- Clear product images
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or wrong item claims)
Our support team will review the request within 24–48 business hours.
If approved:
- Pickup may be arranged through our delivery partner, OR
- The customer may be asked to send the item to our designated return address
Return shipping charges will depend on the reason for the return.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Redbull Clothing will notify the customer regarding refund approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds may be issued through:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit (if agreed upon by the customer)
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Redbull Clothing.
Redbull Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile financial service providers.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:
- Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)
- Defective or incorrect products
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose:
- Store Credit
- Refund
- Alternative Exchange
Exchange processing may require 5–7 working days after product inspection.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
7. Inspection & Approval Rights
All returned products go through a quality inspection process. Redbull Clothing reserves the full right to:
- Approve or reject return requests
- Determine eligibility based on product condition
- Refuse refunds if the item shows signs of use or customer-caused damage
8. Limitation of Liability
Redbull Clothing shall not be responsible for:
- Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences
- Slight measurement variations within a tolerance of ±0.5 inch
- Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers
